Guided Dance Meditation is a somatic movement practice that uses guided intuitive dance to help people reconnect with their bodies, process emotions, and cultivate embodied presence without choreography, performance pressure, or spiritual bypassing.
Created by moOon, a professional dancer and choreographer with over 30 years of experience and a background in psychology, this practice bridges high-level movement mastery with emotional and nervous-system awareness. Each session offers a structured yet intuitive journey through emotions, sensations, and self-awareness.
Guided Dance Meditation combines professional dance lineage, somatic movement, and human-centered presence... making it especially accessible for people who struggle with traditional meditation, therapy language, or conventional dance.
